§1 General Provisions

By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Placing an order constitutes entering into a sales contract with Vayla Fashion and agreeing to these terms.

The online store operates in accordance with European Union law and applicable Dutch regulations.


§2 Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed online 24/7 through the website.

  • To place an order, select the desired product, add it to the cart, and complete the checkout form.

  • Customers must provide accurate personal and contact details.

  • Payments can be made via: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • The sales contract is concluded when Vayla Fashion receives your payment.


§3 Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • After processing, shipments are delivered within 2–10 business days, depending on location.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT) London are usually prepared for shipment the next business day.

  • Customers receive a tracking number via email after dispatch.

  • Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is free of charge.


§4 Returns and Exchanges

  • Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all included components.

  • To initiate a return, contact support@vaylafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method.

  • After receiving and approving the returned product, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days for a different size or color of the same product, if in stock.

  • Vayla Fashion covers both the return and replacement shipping costs for exchanges.


§5 Claims and Damaged Items

  • If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, refuse acceptance and inform us immediately.

  • If damage is found after delivery, report it within 24 hours by email, including photos of the product and packaging.

  • Upon approval of the claim, Vayla Fashion will either:

    • Send a replacement at no cost, or

    • Issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.


§6 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not been processed yet.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately by email.

  • After 1 hour, the order can only be returned according to the return policy.


§7 Liability and Copyright

  • Vayla Fashion is not responsible for website downtime caused by force majeure or technical issues.

  • All content on the website (including descriptions, images, and layout) is protected by copyright and is the property of Vayla Fashion or its partners.

  • Copying, reproducing, or using this material without prior written consent is prohibited.

Customers have the right to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent for data processing at any time.


§9 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from purchases through Vayla Fashion shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
The courts located in Groningen, the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes.

Vayla Fashion and D&D Corporation B.V. do not participate in formal arbitration or mediation programs unless required by applicable law.

Vayla Fashion reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will always be available on the website.
Continued use of the website after changes are made implies acceptance of the updated terms.
