Which countries do you deliver to?


At the moment, we deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

 

What are the shipping costs?


We offer free and secure shipping on all orders within the UK.

 

How can I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (Track & Trace).
This allows you to follow your delivery online at any time.

 

How long does processing and delivery take?

  • Processing & packaging: Orders are shipped the next business day (Mon–Fri)

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 2-8 business days (depending on location)

  • Total delivery time: 3-10 business days from the date of your order


Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?


Yes, within 1 hour of placing your order – provided it has not yet been processed.
Please email support@vaylafashion.com with the subject line: Cancellation + Order Number.

 

Can I change my order?


Yes, for example if you selected the wrong size.
Please email support@vaylafashion.com as quickly as possible with the subject line: Change + Order Number, and specify the change you’d like.

 

What is your returns policy?

  • Returns accepted within 30 days

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Exchanges are free of charge (both return shipping and the new shipment are covered by Vayla Fashion)

 

How do I start a return?

  1. Email support@vaylafashion.com with the subject line: Return + Order Number

  2. Wait for our customer service team to provide the return address

  3. Pack the item in its original condition with tags and proof of purchase

  4. Ship the parcel with tracking (Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DHL or FedEx)

  5. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed

Vayla Fashion is headquartered in the Netherlands (Oosterstraat 64, 9502 EE Stadskanaal, Groningen), where all operations and customer service are managed. However, our online shop is fully dedicated to customers in the United Kingdom.

 

Why does Vayla Fashion have a Dutch address?


Our company is registered in the Netherlands, as this is where we are based. All orders, deliveries, returns, and customer service are, however, tailored specifically to the UK market.
